Why We Started Arbor
Arbor ABA was founded by clinicians who saw families navigating a system that often felt clinical, rushed, and impersonal. We wanted to build something different: a practice where every child's plan is built around who they are, not a one-size-fits-all program.
Our name reflects that philosophy. Like a tree, growth takes root slowly, supported by a strong foundation, and every child grows at their own pace, in their own direction.

Our clinical team is led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supported by trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), all supervised under a consistent model of care.
Clinical Directors
BCBAs oversee every treatment plan, providing ongoing assessment and supervision.
Behavior Technicians
RBTs deliver day-to-day sessions, trained and supervised to the highest standard.
